Architectural Projects Team Sdn Bhd (APT) was founded in 1995 by two established practices with a vision to create a larger multifaceted entity that will have the capacity to take on larger projects in Malaysia & other countries. The mega pilot project such as the KL Linear City & the KL Monorail projects had provided opportunities for the firm to provide services to many corporate firms such as SP Setia Bhd, Sunway, Mah Sing, Mkland, Ark Resources Bhd and Binapuri.
In 2018, APT came under new management. With recent new associates & practices teaming up, APT is able to leverage on experienced architects to provide excellent & comprehensive professional services from schematic design to building construction.

APT is a BIM ENABLED practice and had recently collaborated with other building professionals to develop Virtual Construction & Building Information Modeling (BIM). Hence, bringing forefront technologies into the construction sector and the ability compete internationally for projects. APT aims to lead the industry to achieve high level of sustainability in buildings & environment by integrating BIM technologies, IBS systems and Sustainability by adopting the “GREEN READY” concept in all our deliverables. These are supported, realised and delivered by our associate companies TotalBIM Consultants (BIM) and Creative Environments (Green Building Services).
